Joe Jaber Drops New Album and Launches Charity at MusicTown Detroit

November 13, 2018

Joe Jaber took the stage in the Lyft Lounge on Saturday night for two very important reasons: to celebrate the release of his new album, Made It On My Own, and to launch a new charity.

The Detroit musician's mission is to help combat mental health and addiction issues in the metro Detroit area through an organization called You're Not the Only One.

Like his charity, Jaber's third studio album is also a very personal one, detailing his childhood and journey as a musician and a father.

Jaber's show on Saturday featured performances from Ty Stone, Jennifer Westwood & The Handsome Devils, and Jaber himself, along with his band, The Last Divide, with all proceeds from the evening going to You're Not the Only One.
