Shepard Tone Bring Stunning Harmonies to Behind the Mic with Pam Rossi

October 22, 2018

Shepard Tone is a young band, but they've certainly already found a sweet spot in their sound.

The group partially formed out of another local band, The Social Bandits, which was around for about half a decade before deciding to go on hiatus in recent years.

Frontman Brad Rude has since been able to take a lot of music he had in the works and bring it to his new project.

The band recently dropped their first EP, My Summer Dream, and has been playing around the metro Detroit region over the last few months.

Shepard Tone boasts gorgeous vocal harmonies and an indie-folk vibe, drawing inspirations from the likes of Death Cab for Cutie and The Head and the Heart.

Watch the band perform three of their songs, "Fuzzy Teeth," "All As One" and "A Piece of Home," and head to to find out more about the band.
